Here's what we've been eating the last few days....
- Pizza. Garlic Naan smothered with herbed goat cheese, fresh corn, asparagus and onions.
- Shrimp kabobs.
- Cheese burgers and fresh grilled corn.
- Grilled cauliflower steaks. New to us and surprisingly good! They were brushed with balsamic vinegar, garlic and olive oil and sprinkled with salt, pepper and cheese.
