Surprisingly, we haven't had rain the last two days. It's been nice, I must admit! Star and I walked in the yard and the birds have finally come back to the feeders.
I was just thinking the same thing about the fences. And the fact that there is a close-up and then one slightly more distant adds such interest. Plus the various layers of leaves and branches, and then that nest of orange... well, it's just cool!
There is a weekly post group called "Fences" that I've seen floating around blog land. So fun to see all the variety. I love the old iron ones the best!
Watching from the shadows no doubt. Ha!
ReplyDeleteI had just been outside watching the storm clouds gathering, I think we are in for a good one. It's been so hot today.
DeleteShadow in the shadows. ha.

ReplyDeleteThey all take their job very seriously!
DeleteI love how the sunlight hits in the evening. It's like the day's final golden moment. And a cat always adds interest to any photograph.

DeleteNot only to be able to see it....but to capture it so beautifully and with Shadow enjoying the view.

DeleteThat is a marvelous shot. Your fences are so good to see. They have a historic shape.
ReplyDeleteIsn't it funny how much a fence adds to a photo? I think that all the time...
