Now let's see if I have learned something. Is it a Jay? Beautiful shot . . Reminds me of the song, "I'll be with you in apple blossom time!" Now with all that waffling I may now not be first! . . . . lol
I am affected like that too When I say words more than two They come out in rhyme It happens all the time. But Suzie I must make this clear That you have nothing to fear There would never be a curse If you were first or were better versed . . . . . lol
Please forgive me a little bit of "The Cat in the Hat Comes Back"...
"Come on! Kill those spots! Kill the mess!" yelled the cats. And they jumped at the snow With long rakes and red bats. They put it in pails And they made high pink hills! Pink snow men! Pink snow balls! And little pink pills!
Pink and green looks so good together. Ever notice a very blue sky with lime green from the new tree leaves against it? If we want to know what colors look good together, we just need to look to nature. And you've captured is so beautifully!
That brilliant pink is gone in just one day....the blossoms are turning brown and aren't as bright. I think I caught it's last good day! The white blossomed crab apples are just opening now...so I'll have white snow, too!

It is a Jay
You've made my day!
Thought I would let Eddie be first
ReplyDeleteOr I might end up under his curse
Beautiful pics of pink snow and a blue jay
Your photos always brighten my day!
(Can you tell I was just at Pat's?!) :-)
I have done that before...left Pat's and
Deleterhymed at the next blog. ha.

ReplyDeleteI think the blue sky was the finishing touch to that photo!
DeleteThose petals are pretty on the tree, but they also look pretty on the ground!
ReplyDeleteThey were beautiful floating to the ground, too! Lovely!
DeleteLove the Jay!
ReplyDeleteNot as many around here anymore....
Did you get any rain?
We got 4 drops!
Cheers!
Linda :o)
I think we got 6 drops! ha. Literally! It's gray again tonight...maybe
Deletemore is going to come. I want it to water my flower garden!

ReplyDeleteThat is so true....just look to nature and you get the most beautiful color combinations!
DeleteNow that is the kind of snow for me
ReplyDeleteCan drive with ease still at my sea
And it isn't cold
Now if only it could turn to gold
Gold would be better by far
DeleteIt would make a ka-ching scooped in a jar.
Or maybe a piggy bank.
Better yet, a tank.
lol....
lol fill a tank would be grand
DeleteCan share across the land
How nice you would be
Deleteto share with everybody!
This is one of my favorite parts of Spring, Pink Snow!
ReplyDeleteI tried to photograph it falling...didn't work out too well. ha.
DeletePretty in Pink....snow petals especially. I remember when we lived up North...when the wind blew the almond blossoms it looked like snow.
ReplyDeleteIt really does...kinda fun to watch! Nice warm breeze....lovely!
DeleteI thought so! :)
ReplyDeleteSo simple, so beautiful...
ReplyDeletexox
It's going to be a little sad when all those blossoms fall off!
DeleteSo windy here yesterday we had a positive storm of cherry blossom snow.
ReplyDeleteFor some reason it always makes me think of the Deanna Durbin movie Three Smart Girls. Not sure why.
I have not seen that movie! You should watch it again and see what is triggering that memory!
DeleteI will.
DeleteTwo very beautiful photos. I love to see that kind of snow :)
ReplyDeleteFinally...pictures of 'snow' that nobody complains about! ha.
DeleteI have white snow but I think I like the pink snow better. It is nice to work outside but we are wet and misty again today.
ReplyDeleteThat brilliant pink is gone in just one day....the blossoms are turning brown and aren't as bright.
DeleteI think I caught it's last good day! The white blossomed crab apples are just opening now...so I'll
have white snow, too!
This is so nice. Still waiting for it to happen here.
ReplyDeleteI should think it will be soon for you Canadians! Can't wait to see your photos of it!
DeleteSnowing flower petals is like something straight out of a movie. Hope you enjoyed your garden. :)
ReplyDeleteExactly! So romantic!
DeletePink and Blue beauty!! =)
