  8. This is such a cute post. Regarding Star, I would get some tuna in water, add a bit more water with each serving. Even a tbsp at a time of tuna and water might help. Also, add warm water to her soft and hard food. Just a bit each time. She might get used to the hard food softened a bit with a water-based gravy. You can also syringe water into the side of her mouth but they don't usually care for that.

    1. Thanks, Deb...I have tuna in water, so that's a great idea! I knew you'd know! I've done the syringe thing before...not fun but it gets the job done in an emergency. ha.

  9. Hi Betsy - thanks for the check in .. lovely to see you there. Great little birding bath ... gosh they'd be freezing here ... but the breeding is going on!! Weather is maggoty .. but come Wednesday I gather we are going to the beach for some sun!! Cheers and I'll be whizzing backwards to see the backwards news! Happy summer days - Hilary

    1. Hi Hilary! No news on Peaches...he only came back once after his vet trip. Star has been a good distraction for me as I was spending a lot of my day looking out the back door for him. :)
