As I viewed it last night I noticed Venus was hanging down and to the right of it. I still don't understand much about it but my dog keeps see out there morning and night to observe the moon and the stars. Great shot by the way.
My sentiments exactly. I always look at the moon and hope my brother is looking at the same view, despite six hours difference and four thousand miles across an ocean :) Fantastic shot ....so big ! ~Jo
Great photo! A dear friend of mine used to tell me the same quote as you mentioned...Look at the moon, and know that I will be looking at it too and thinking of you.
I see the moon, the moon sees me The moon sees somebody I want to see So, God bless the moon and God bless me And God bless the 'Somebody' I want to see....š
I'm lonely and I'm looking . . . :)
ReplyDeleteNice shot, Betsy . . . :)
Aw...lol....it's not dark here yet. But someone, somewhere.....

It is fun to think people on the other side of the earth look at the same moon! Makes us seem a little closer, doesn't it? :)

DeleteThought I better get out there and see it while I could!
