Very pretty. Poppies have never been my favorite flower, but when my husband planted his wildflower bed. There are so many pretty color combinations now! Love them...and your yellow ones especially are eye candy!
Guess what? We just bought more poppies! They were at a roadside stand - only 50 cents a pot! They looked healthy, but the buds aren't open so we don't know what color they are. We bought 8 pots - figured it was worth $4 to try again!
I love the perspective. Were you flat on your tum? Pretty colours. I've always liked poppies and lately several friends have been posting about them. Interesting when posts coincide.
Hi Betsy - they are an amazing flower and you've got two of the colours ... lovely and you'll have loads more next year ... I quite agree I love them - ours are out now - cheers Hilary
You're having "peach & bacon grilled cheese sandwiches" for dinner? Bacon on a grilled cheese sandwich sounds good to me, but also with peaches? Really?
Lovely flowers.
