Poppies

These flowers are new to my yard this year!
I have to say, I think I like the buds
even more than the blooms!

  2. Very pretty. Poppies have never been my favorite flower, but when my husband planted his wildflower bed. There are so many pretty color combinations now! Love them...and your yellow ones especially are eye candy!

    2. Guess what? We just bought more poppies! They were at a roadside stand - only 50 cents a pot! They looked healthy, but the buds aren't open so we don't know what color they are. We bought 8 pots - figured it was worth $4 to try again!
