Repairing A Sweater With Embroidered Flowers

I did a fun little thing on my project list yesterday.
One of my favorite sweaters had a hole in the sleeve
so I got out of some embroidery floss and made a daisy
chain of sorts that sealed up the hole and climbed up
to my shoulder.  Very easy and fun...and my sweater
gets to live to see another day.

Brilliant soution and it looks so professional.
But on the men's clothes perhaps another subject other than a daisy may be more appropriate . . . . like a train . . :)

    1. What a great idea....covering a stain! I'll have to remember that! Every once in a while I ruin a shirt with a grease spatter.

    1. I didn't have a choice with the colors...haha....I got that floss out of the auction trash long ago, so just used what I had. But it turned out fine...I wanted it to be soft.

  20. Look at you go
    No longer a holey show
But with all that yarn around
Were plenty of cats also found?

    1. Had to work while the cats slept
and no one on my sweater crept!
My nicer clothes I don't let them touch
since they would be full of hair and such. lol...
