  1. I had burgers (2) for my evening meal tonight. I don't do "suppers"!

    1. Oh yes, I have! Yum! I do love avocados! I'm the only one in the family, though...but
      I guess that's a good thing. I don't have to share. haha.

  11. Is that one of those pretzel buns? Love those things. There's a favorite restaurant of mine in Myrtle Beach that serves a Portobello Mushroom sandwich on a pretzel bun. It's so delicious. And the side is a salad with creamy balsamic vinaigrette. I could eat THAT every day. Is that tomato from your garden?

    1. The buns were called Golden Brioche. Very yummy! Yes, the tomato was that first ripe one...Yay! There are three more big ones out there almost ready to be picked. We've officially started eating dinner from the garden...so fun!

    2. It sure is fun! I will miss mine, but at least my daughter is enjoying it. I'll have to look at the grocers for the Brioche buns.

  13. Hi Betsy - looks good and delicious .. I prefer the burger without the bun ... but burgers with cheese, tomato and a slither of gherkin, and a few onions - good to go - now I'm back to my coffee! Cheers Hilary

  16. Looks yummy Betsy. Have you ever had a burger on a lightly toasted bagel? We use bagels in my house, not buns. The flavor is out of this world and you get a nice big burger to fill it. It's a super -sized meal.
