lol . . . never seen one as big as that . . . looks to be related to a beaver . . I suppose he is a distant cousin . . . :) Enjoy your day at the auction . . .
This fellow has nice coloring too. I read somewhere that when the squirrels have bushy coats and tails that it's going to be a bad winter. The squirrels here were real bushy but we had a mild winter.............so much for that!
My goodness, that really is a long tail. We have some gray squirrels that think our yard is their personal playground. Never still enough for me to grab a photo though.
I love the Squirrels...but hate when they hog my feeders! Even though I give them peanuts in the shell....and fruit....Geesh! Oh well.....what are you gonna do,eh? Enjoy your evening....that dinner looked scrumptious! Cheers! Linda :o)
That is one beautiful and huge tail!! sometimes I think luckily we do not have tails because I am sure it would become a subject to 'fashion' ... too thin, too thick, too hairy, not hairy enough ... lol
He was in the front of the line when tails were handed out. It's beautiful. Love to see the new growth everywhere.
ReplyDeleteWasn't he? And he loves to twitch it and tease the cats!
DeleteHe just looks like the softest thing ever! Awww. Is he eating... or praying? :-)
ReplyDeleteHe was eating a little peanut! :)
DeleteI know he's hunched over, but I wonder if that tail is as long as he is tall!
DeleteThat is the biggest squirrel tail ever.
ReplyDeleteI know! Cracks me up!
DeletePicture perfect! Too bad squirrels don't eat fish. He could use his tail for bait. It looks especially long.
ReplyDeletehaha...that is so true! I swear it has grown...it's amazing!
DeleteThat's some tail he has there ~ maybe he pinched someone's fur scarf . . .lol
ReplyDeleteHe better be careful or someone will make a scarf out of him!
