ReplyDeletewhere's this wonderful neighborhood restaurant? Do you mean Jim's cafe?
DeleteYou don't like the rustic look?
DeleteNo, I mean my bird feeders outside my kitchen window!
DeleteAnyway, joking apart, it looks very nice. Any bird would be proud to live there.
DeleteReally love this . . . I expect with those features it will be snapped up very quickly, especially with the local University and schools. . . :)
ReplyDeleteNo education required. Bird brains welcome!
Deletelol . . . it looks very welcoming for a bird and he/she wouldn't have to jump very high to get into the hole . . :)
DeleteYes..just one step up! But it's high in the tree...had to climb a ladder to nail it up there!
DeleteLoved to have seen that . . . lol
DeleteI've spent many hours on ladders . . but when the bottom rung broke as I was climbing it with a can of paint I think someone was telling me to find another occupation. Glad it wasn't the top rung . . lol
I go up one now occasionally. :)
Packing my bags as we speak. Might have to go on a bit of a diet, though!
ReplyDeleteLook at those blossoms - gorgeous.
haha...I think even the bigger birds would have to diet. It's perfect for a wren or sparrow, though. Fingers crossed!
DeleteOh your Judas tree is in flower again. I'd like on of those on my doorstep.
ReplyDeleteAren't they pretty? Love the color!
DeleteThis is so sweet!
ReplyDeleteHope I have some takers!
DeleteNow I just love that! Your photo is gorgeous and I mean Gorgeous. And, who in their right mind would pass up a cute little cabin with such beautiful surroundings? I bet you get a few birdy home-seekers pecking on your door any day now.
ReplyDeleteI hope I get a little family! There was a wren eating dead spiders out of it during the winter...maybe he'll come back! haha.
DeleteIs it cheap?
ReplyDeletePrice not too steep?
You may get beat down
As you forgot to mention the violence in town
Murdered by day
When cats play lol
You only have to sing a song to me
Deleteand other than that, the rent is free.
And let me take your picture a lot
and post it on my little blog spot. :)
Tiny homes are the current rage, it seems... so why not? I'm sure it'll be snapped right up! And that's a wonderful picture you snapped too... loving those red bud blossoms.
ReplyDeleteI love watching that HGTV show Tiny Houses. Interesting, for sure, and yes very popular these days!
DeleteA true test in minimalism, aren't they? haha.
So cute. I see you are waiting, too, for some tenants. I have five empty house. :(
ReplyDeleteMaybe it just isn't nesting season yet.
DeleteI haven't seen Mr. Cardinal feeding Mrs. Cardinal yet....that's when
I know they are getting ready!
It is very charming. Surely a new tenant will show up soon.
ReplyDeleteI hope so! :)
DeleteI think the birds are confused by this weather...
ReplyDeleteI have swallows at the cottage...5 different houses...they just keep flying around!
We are not putting the Martin house up this year....:o(
Yours is very cute...fingers crossed you get a tenant!
Enjoy your evening...
Cheers!
Linda :o)
It might be a little early. I was just telling Deb that Mr Cardinal starts
Deletefeeding Mrs. Cardinal around nesting time and she is still bellying up the feeders
herself. haha. I haven't seen any nest making, either. Hopefully soon!
Actually..my Cardinal couple are doing just that!
DeleteHe especially likes Miss V's apple cores...and feeds his wife..very cute indeed..
I do hope they are nesting in our cedars...
Aw...lucky you! That's one of the sweetest things seen in the springtime. Mr. Cardinal
Deleteis such a romantic!
What a sweet little house, If it's anything like my place, you have to disclose the Fair Housing Law..."Cats Allowed".
ReplyDeleteOoh dear.

haha...so true!
DeleteNot quite full disclosure. You didn't mention the neighbors. You know, the ones with whiskers!
ReplyDeleteI've never seen a warning about the neighbors on a Zippo Listing! haha.
DeleteYou've got me there!
Deletelol...maybe I should tell them anyway, just so they don't bring a law suit.
DeleteOh this is so cute!!
ReplyDeleteIf only it were bigger it would be perfect for me ;-)
Me, too! Lol....
DeleteHi Betsy - would suit me down to the ground ... if I had Alice's bottle of "drink me" ... I do hope a little treasure decides to occupy ... maybe some bees will move in ... I hope it's used ... cheers Hilary
