A Little Sapphire Blue Celebration


Last Thursday was our 32nd anniversary.
I know!  Hard to believe!



The Mister gave me this white and blue sapphire bracelet.
Beautiful, huh!? 
Sometimes he gets me gorgeous things and other times
I have to say thank you and then later admit that I wouldn't be 
caught dead in it.  Has that ever happened to you? :) 
Thankfully, he would rather I did an exchange and get something I loved.
But this time I loved what he picked!  And that is how it usually
is, but there have been a few exchanges over the years. lol...


I also got a dozen of these....
love the color!


I added to The Mister's vintage watch collection.
This one is from the 1950's.
He likes watches like I like bracelets!
And I guess we both had blue in mind....

    Happy anniversary to you both! Both presents are really gorgeous. And funny for the blue colour :-) we are married for 22 years but I doubt that hubby even remembers the date ... lol. So no presents here. I would love flowers though ... awww. Love your roses too! Enjoy your bracelet :-)!

      Thank you! 22 is a long time! I say you buy yourself roses next year! haha. Everyone celebrates differently. I have a girlfriend who's family doesn't celebrate birthdays...

      Oh thanks for remembering. He still has to wear a dental protection as they are still bit loose maybe another months or two, so I have to blend all his food ... but the good news is that xray did show it is healing nicely and there is no infection! So I try to concentrate on this great news to try to keep the good vibes ... :-)

    You two are so sweet and so much alike with the gifts.
    The worst gift that hubby gave me, was a olive green rain suit, bib overalls and jacket. I kept it and our son wore to hunting!

      haha...oh that is hilarious! A few years ago he gave me a pendant that looked like those old sculpted candles...like these...

    What great anniversary gifts for each other. Love the bracelet and how special to have a vintage watch collection. The roses are beautiful.

    I usually gets the girls help for me as he says he clueless for what I like....How silly....just get me anything for the kitchen. HaHa

      He did do very well. :)

      He has collected old watches for years and it is a fun thing to do. He only gets ones that
      run well and wears a different one every day!
