What's For Dinner?






Here's what we've had for dinner lately...

  1. Chili with cornbread and other toppings.
  2. Pork tenderloin and peaches over rice.
  3. Taco salad.
  4. Grilled salmon and cole slaw.
  5. Teriyaki chicken thighs, spinach salad.

    I havent made anything recently, but I do like using my Crockpot as often as I can.

    1. I got a crock pot for Christmas last year and haven't used it yet!
      Not sure why....maybe it's because I don't think to start it up in the morning!

    All looks great!
    I made lamb chops on the weekend, and they were heavenly!
    Making mussels for boyfriend tonight...it is his bday!
    We really should open a restaurant together....how fun would that be!

      I got a little pizza for myself....he doesn't eat pizza with mozzarella...I ♥️It!
      Yes...a restaurant....hahaha! Soooooo much fun!

      But Betsy, please bring with you Graeter's Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip ice cream to sell in the restaurant. I loved it so much!

  5. I made a quiche this week (a big un!) with German Bierwurst, Spanish chorizo, Danish bacon, English strong cheddar and of course eggs from Wales with North African Harrisa paste and Herbes de Provence. I also did some Italian style roast vegetables to go with it. It should last me several days. . . .if Joan doesn't find it!

      Just water for me
      Coconut oil is only for oil pulling each morning when i wake
      Never use it for anything I make
