Here's what we've had for dinner lately...

  1. Chili with cornbread and other toppings.
  2. Pork tenderloin and peaches over rice.
  3. Taco salad.
  4. Grilled salmon and cole slaw.
  5. Teriyaki chicken thighs, spinach salad.
Have you made any tasty dishes lately?

Not sure why....maybe it's because I don't think to start it up in the morning!

  5. I made a quiche this week (a big un!) with German Bierwurst, Spanish chorizo, Danish bacon, English strong cheddar and of course eggs from Wales with North African Harrisa paste and Herbes de Provence. I also did some Italian style roast vegetables to go with it. It should last me several days. . . .if Joan doesn't find it!
