I made a quiche this week (a big un!) with German Bierwurst, Spanish chorizo, Danish bacon, English strong cheddar and of course eggs from Wales with North African Harrisa paste and Herbes de Provence. I also did some Italian style roast vegetables to go with it. It should last me several days. . . .if Joan doesn't find it!
