Cozy Kitchen

I cleaned the kitchen the other day.
Not just the normal straightening and wiping up, but
the real kind of cleaning.  You know, where you actually
get that spilled flour behind the canister and the dust
from the top of the fridge?  It looked so nice I took photos.
Tiger and Charcoal were the finishing touch to the coziness.

    1. Yep, me too! It doesn't last long, though, so you have to enjoy it immediately! haha.

    3. On the other side of the sink is Vanilla Brown Sugar...in case I feel like being more American. haha.

    4. I do really use the Aftershave, I lost the beard years ago. . . .

  3. I love your storage jars with the silver lids. Beautiful. And the cushion. Did you work this yourself? I've not seen a design quite like it. A basket full of cherries? Or grapes?

Always very satisfying to carry out a deep clean. I vacuumed my bedroom at the weekend. My carpet (dark purplish red) shows every tiny speck of dust so a proper clean takes forever and every piece of furniture or box of stuff must be moved. Exhausting. But worth it. And my reward? A long hot bath with Jo Malone rose bath oil.

    1. oooh...I love the reward! I contemplated a soak in the tub this weekend but didn't feel like scrubbing the tub first! haha.
      Soon, though...because it sounds lovely!

I bought the pillow years ago...cherries in a basket. I love needlepoint but have never done it myself!

btw...thank you for completing that purchase! Now I need to get you some chips to send along with it!

    2. I'm sorry it took me so long. My computers have real issues with passwords. I have a book with them all written down but every 6 months or so I have to change them all. Infuriating! Looking forward to my new tin. Thanks!
