What's For Dinner?

Here's what we've been eating lately.
Easy stuff like grilled meat, salads and sandwiches.
I enjoy photographing food.  It stands still
and you don't have to try to get it to smile! ha.

  2. That all looks so nice, but at the moment I could not eat it! I now have Temporo Mandibular Joint (Rheumatoid Arthritis) in my left jaw, a flare up! I can't open my mouth wide enough to get a finger in, so I'm surviving on soup and other liquids at the moment.

    2. Keith ~ TMJ? I didn't know that was part of RA. Maybe you're just stressed and clenching your jaw? I had a photo of smoothies. I should have included that for you. :) I know all about clenching your jaw...hope you aren't grinding your teeth!

    3. The doc says TMJ is a form of RA, he should know, but I didn't think it was.

Hope you enjoy it...we had it on Monday.....my very favorite....no more Tilapia for me....scar stuff!

    3. I have panko...do you do the egg wash before the panko?

Why is tilapia scary? I haven't heard!

    4. They say eating tilapia is worse than eating bacon... but I don't know. Cod isn't great either - Atlantic cod, that is. Was just reading this list the other day. Sigh. I won't give up my salmon!

    1. No photo of last night's dinner. I had to laugh as it turned out unintentionally that everything was the same color...very bland. Chicken, cauliflower, cantaloupe and smore bars. Neutrals on a white plate. Tasted good but looked very blah. haha....

  13. Hey, Betsy! If I could reach through this phone, I would have a couple bites off each plate. Just finished a 2 1/2 hour bike ride and I'm starving.
