- Anemones. I forgot we even had these in the yard!
- Butterfly. A Red Admiral, chased by Cocoa.
- Leaf buds. It's amazing what a little green will do for the trees!
- Green grass. Wow.
- Barefoot in the house. Not for too long, though! Toes got cold and went back into the slippers!
- Screen door went in on the back door. Door was cracked open a while until the furnace kicked on.
- Itchy eyes.
- Big puffy clouds.
- Pink sunsets.
- Daylight long after the dinner dishes are done.
♥
I only get the anemones? Hope to put a parcel in the post tomorrow. Crisps!
ReplyDeleteFun, fun! I'll be on the lookout! :)
DeleteI only see your anemones. And I must say....they are purely gorgeous. Now, I want to see toes!
ReplyDeleteI only posted one photo with my list. You didn't really think I'd post my itchy eyes, did you? hahaha....
DeleteOh, lol!!! I guess not...😜
DeleteI just keep digging my hole deeper, HaHa! That's supposed to be an emoticon not double question marks. At least I see double question marks. Lol!!
DeleteI see question marks, too! lol....
DeleteWe have anemones too. They are so cheery!
ReplyDeleteThey really are! The first flowers in my yard to come up! I think I need to transfer some of them back to my blue garden!
DeletePretty photo, Betsy. Love the daylight after dinner. :)
ReplyDeleteMe, too! I always feel more awake after dinner when it's still light outside!
DeleteThe visual one of the Anemones is wonderful . . . .
ReplyDeleteThe imaginary one listed are . . . very thought provoking.
Itchy eyes . . . hay fever already perhaps? . . . :)
Any more news about Peaches?
Probably mold....soft wet ground thawing. Not much pollen here yet!
DeleteI haven't seen Peaches yet today...but it's still early for him. :)
Just call Nicodemus and he will come . . . lol
DeleteI am not naming that cat Nicodemus, silly man!
Deletehahah! . . .:)
DeleteItchy eyes can be a pain
ReplyDeleteBut green grass is grand down the lane
The mountains are melting here
Still can't walk in barefeet I fear
My socks went back on rather quick
Deleteand my slippers did the trick
Not quite warm enough for that.
Need fur pads like a cat! ha.
Ha! I thought I was missing some pics too! But I see by reading above what you said. We are programmed to see one photo per number - are you trying to mess with our brains? :-) Albeit mine is already far gone!
ReplyDeleteI was thinking when I saw those pretty flowers that they would be perfect in your blue garden. There is something so special about a blue flower... not sure what it is. Maybe because there aren't as many varieties? I don't know... but I love them.
Funny....I thought I posted single photos posts as much as the other kind! Oh well....
DeleteNext warm sunny day I'm going to transfer some of those flowers...and divide some hostas, too.
Still not warm enough out there for me! Besides, it's rainy!
Was nice earlier today, but raining now. We've had a few sunny days in a row though so that's been nice. Yes, you do post single photo posts as much... but not usually with a numbered list under them? Who knows... but I love all your posts!
DeleteOh... and never heard of skinny pop... I will have to look for it here.
ReplyDeleteIt's popcorn....very yummy but only 39 calories per cup!
DeleteWow - will definitely have to look for it now!
DeleteIsn't it nice to have that screen door in use? Even for just a bit? Nothing like a bit of fresh air in the house after a long winter.
ReplyDeleteyes, I really love the breeze coming through the house...maybe next month we'll be able to do that here!
DeleteIt really feels like spring on your blog Betsy.
ReplyDeleteSlowly but surely, it's getting here! How about up there? :)
DeleteStuffy nose...
ReplyDelete:0)
Aw...mine isn't stuffy yet, but that will come!
DeleteRight now it's just runny! Sigh!
I'm feeling your spring....green is in. Coming through Central Calif. my allergies kicked in, and I've been blowing my nose and itching eyes. Since we got home it's clearing up. That Valley was the death of me for those 27 years. Almonds, peaches, dust, pollen, I had almost forgotten how much I hate allergies. I need to put away winter clothes, and shop for some new spring colors. The laundry is done, the frig is full, and I think I'll take in a movie tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteNext month when our trees are in bloom, I'll be miserable! You forget how bad it is when you aren't in it!
DeleteSounds like you've been a busy bee with the laundry, unpacking, grocery shopping, etc! I'm sure it feels good to be home! Movie sounds fun.....
Great blue flowers.....
ReplyDeletePeaches come?
Cheers!
Linda :o)
No Peaches :(
DeletePerhaps tonight.....
DeleteWe are off to the cottage shortly...more raking...and of course...relaxing! ha!

We are just a few weeks behind you! Yippee!
ReplyDeleteAnother first this morning....dew! I knew before getting out of bed....wet kitty paws! ha.
DeleteBeautiful pic!
ReplyDeleteI love spring flowers...they make the my city more beautiful!
Have a lovely Friday
they do make everything more beautiful! Such lovely colors after the winter!
DeleteFlowers, butterflies, leaf buds, green grass, and long evenings..ahh summer is on the way!
ReplyDeleteLove the color of the anemones..so pretty. Don't you just want to pick them and in and put them on your table??
