Flannel Sheets

Chilly weather brought on the traditional change to the
flannel sheets in our home.  The task took quite a bit
longer than it usually does, since I had a 'helper'. ha.

Lynne ~ this one's for you!

  1. Today I put my flannel sheets on the bed, and I had help from Dinky. Great minds think alike. We had out first snow flurry today.

  2. Betsy! Could you hear me screaming all the way from NC? That first photo in particular is the money/come hither shot. If I were able to travel, I wouldn't be able to keep myself from making a trip to Ohio. Tell the truth. Did you buy those sheets to match his coat? I think he knows how well they match him. Can't believe how lucky you were that he found your house. Lynne

    1. I knew this would make you laugh! haha....Actually, this is the third winter we've had these sheets...bought them to match the bedroom. But he sure picked the right home, didn't he? How did he know that not only would I take him in and treat him well, but he would be my favorite color! lol....he makes me smile every day. He also has tripled in weight since he arrived....what a big, heavy furball he is! :)

  14. Oh this is so funny because Molly does the same thing. EVERY time I strip the bed to change sheets, she's in the middle of the mix. Takes forever, but she loves it...and I guess I do too. Our play time.

  17. Little Cat likes to "help" me make the bed sometimes. I'm just glad she doesn't want to be under the covers like Bethany's cat used to. I just can't stand the "lumps" it makes. :D

  18. Gorgeous kitty. And I know what that kind of help is like. One of my cats seems to know that exact moment when the top sheet is billowing in the air and about to settle, to charge in from wherever she was in the house and dive under it. Gotta love cats.. and your little helper kitty is beautiful.
