Betsy! Could you hear me screaming all the way from NC? That first photo in particular is the money/come hither shot. If I were able to travel, I wouldn't be able to keep myself from making a trip to Ohio. Tell the truth. Did you buy those sheets to match his coat? I think he knows how well they match him. Can't believe how lucky you were that he found your house. Lynne
I knew this would make you laugh! haha....Actually, this is the third winter we've had these sheets...bought them to match the bedroom. But he sure picked the right home, didn't he? How did he know that not only would I take him in and treat him well, but he would be my favorite color! lol....he makes me smile every day. He also has tripled in weight since he arrived....what a big, heavy furball he is! :)
Sheets and shoelaces are his favorite toys! He comes running when I'm tying shoes for the boys! Much to their dismay... they just wish he'd go away! ha.
And now you have furry flannel sheets! I have had my fleece sheets on for a couple of weeks.... Check them out at Costco.....delicious! Enjoy your evening Cheers! Linda :o)
She is so beautiful!! I can't sleep with anything warm...I can't have more than sheet and wear sleeveless tops. You know why!! lol! Of course in the middle of the night I grab the comforter!
We're having our first really cold weather this week, so next time I change the sheets I'll replace the warm weather set with the flannels. I'll probably have help, too "-)
It was noticeably colder today...I think the dampness along with the cooler temps made it feel worse. Brr. I can't sleep if I'm cold! Yes, you will have double the help! :)
Oh this is so funny because Molly does the same thing. EVERY time I strip the bed to change sheets, she's in the middle of the mix. Takes forever, but she loves it...and I guess I do too. Our play time.
Little Cat likes to "help" me make the bed sometimes. I'm just glad she doesn't want to be under the covers like Bethany's cat used to. I just can't stand the "lumps" it makes. :D
Gorgeous kitty. And I know what that kind of help is like. One of my cats seems to know that exact moment when the top sheet is billowing in the air and about to settle, to charge in from wherever she was in the house and dive under it. Gotta love cats.. and your little helper kitty is beautiful.
Hi Betsy - they know which side their bread is buttered don't they - well Slate does definitely ... I use flannel sheets as underblankets ... but I'm grateful they're around ... Wonderful to think about the animals helping out ... enjoy the weekend .. cheers Hilary
Today I put my flannel sheets on the bed, and I had help from Dinky. Great minds think alike. We had out first snow flurry today.

ReplyDeleteI bought a new cat bed and the cats haven't given it a second look yet. Why would they with comfy big beds here? lol....
DeleteOh this is so funny because Molly does the same thing. EVERY time I strip the bed to change sheets, she's in the middle of the mix. Takes forever, but she loves it...and I guess I do too. Our play time.
ReplyDeleteOh, I bet she has a great time helping, too! So fun!
DeleteWhat a sweet, furry "helper" you have! Aw.
ReplyDeleteso sweet!
DeleteFlannel is good sign of winter. I love em'. :)
ReplyDeleteMe, too....I forgot how soft and snuggly they were!
DeleteLittle Cat likes to "help" me make the bed sometimes. I'm just glad she doesn't want to be under the covers like Bethany's cat used to. I just can't stand the "lumps" it makes. :D
ReplyDeleteWe had a cat like that...my first cat...slept all day like that! I had forgotten it until you mentioned it!
