  1. Sharp intake of breath. I used to have a cat who looked just like Marmalade! He was called Winnie. Winnie the Pooh for short. Yes, I did get that the right way round. Quite took my breath away! xx

Did he take his paw and move your face so you were looking in his eyes? lol....

  4. Does he wake you at 3am to feed him? Dinky does! Does he wait until you get back into bed and then want to go out? Dinky does! (No cat flap here). Does he pull open the fridge door to see if there is any fish in there? Dinky does!

If the answer is "no" to those questions, do you want to do a swap?

  6. I always believe in good eye contact . . . they are the windows of our souls and we can connect and communicate so well . . . somehow not just words but emotions and things written on our hearts. I wonder if Marmalade experiences similar communication.
Love the photo and the caption and what big attentive pupils . . . . :)

  8. HaHa...love your captions. We had a huge white cat (Manana) who would come up on my chest each morning at 6 AM on the dot, and stare me in the eye, and gently pat my cheek ~ she was my alarm clock and she did that for years.

  10. What an assertive little miss! She looks really full of beans. I always wanted an orange kitty. They seem to have special feisty personalities. Lynne in NC
