Sweet! A girl after my own heart. I know as much about nascar as I do football ... Which is nothing at all. ha.
ps...Said a prayer for Mr. Harry so glad to hear he is on the mend and Spencer & Alex don't catch it. Hubby had surgery again and I am spread thin. Broke a crown yesterday and my sweet dentist came in to work on me. Not the news I wanted to hear so i'll visit the oral surgeon tomorrow and cry like a 2-yr. old.
Don't the fur children just love tight spaces! My friend's cat likes being on top of the cable box, which is jammed between books in their library. Samantha is a girl after my own heart. Not into many sports except for college football (if my school is playing in a good year) and figure skating. Lynne in NC
Once in a while a cat will want to bat at a car on the TV screen, but that is the extent of their interest! haha. College basketball and NASCAR are the only spots that interest me. ;)
Sounds really cool thing to watch . . . would love to get into the excitement. I love Formula One racing here. Lewis Hamilton won here at Silverstone . . . . yippee! If I was the cat I would definitely not be asleep! I'd be yelling for someone to win . . . win . . . . win!! LOL
If I was watching it with you there would be two of us yelling at the TV and all the cats would wake up!! Of course I would support another driver . . . . . a better one . . . . . ROFL
I know you'd like Formula One . . . now that's a man's sport!!! . . . . ok ok just winding you up!! lol . . . . :)
Well, I just wanted to see what it is all about and it looks pretty cool . . . .but your sidebar says why you really watch it ROFL Is he the current champ? . . . . the one who can never be beaten? There's always another coming along to challenge !! Yes I can see why you like the sport! How fast are the cars going? In Formula 1 they top 200mph but have to slow down for tight corners. Lots' of skill needed.
"Besides, look at him! lol" . . . . . oh Keith will be jealous!! LOL So then if you root for him when he is not the champ then I would bound to find someone who would win it, therefore as I said beore, a better one!! . . . . says he ducking!!
My, her color is just perfect for the perch she decided to sleep in.
Sunday was more work...but we see the light at the end of the tunnel. We spent six hours at the old house with our daughter Julie and SIL Ralph. They rented a U-Haul flat bed truck, and took all the things in the back yard we couldn't bring with us. i.e. Swing, picnic tables and benches, bikes, large computer desk and chair, my cute laundry cart, and wall décor (Bummer they won't let me decorate the laundry room here. HaHa)...my mon's hutch and some odds and ends. One more event. Yard Sale next Sat.
Awww...she stayed nice and warm next to the satellite box :-)
ReplyDeleteIt was actually chilly here today and I think she thought that was a nice warm spot!
DeleteWhat a sweet photo!
ReplyDeleteShe looked so cute there!

ReplyDeleteWaiting for the final lap
Oblivious to all the noise

ReplyDeletehaha...I'll have to find out who her driver is! :)
Deleteobviously listening intently....ha...
ReplyDeletenot a top ten day...
Not for my guy either, but at least he squeaked through those two huge wrecks!
DeleteBless her heart!
ReplyDeleteIsn't she the sweetest? aw. She's still so tiny...I think she'll always be that way!
DeleteI heard it was a bang up race today!
ReplyDeleteLike nothing I've ever seen!
DeleteThat' so precious! I admit I'd probably be watching her over the Nascar!
ReplyDeleteThe Mister was napping on the couch. I was the only one watching the race!...as usual!
DeleteLooks like you have some wonderful sleeping spots at your place. Do they "fight" over them or does everybody have their own favorite spot?
ReplyDeleteThey have their favorite spots. Some of them like to curl up together. Kinda cute. :)
DeleteAs long as you enjoyed yourself!!! I guess that the boys aren't big fans either? Hope that Harry is back on form now. xx
ReplyDeleteTaylor is the other big fan. Now we text since we aren't watching together. :)
DeleteAhh, she was probably thinking about the race
ReplyDeleteand it put her to sleep? haha.

DeleteAnd I'm the only one here that yells at the TV! haha.

No, he's not the current champ. I've just always rooted for him. Besides, look at him! lol...
DeleteThey don't go that fast...more like 180's.

Nice, cosy spot. I thought Marmalade was the only ginger-y cat you had. Samantha looks reddish too - or maybe it's just the light. Very pretty girl.
ReplyDeleteIt's just the lighting there on her. She's a light grey tabby. She's a tiny thing and very girlie. She washes all the guys' faces. ha.
DeleteAw - she's very sweet. Also looks like she is holding the tip of her tail between her paws - too cute!
DeleteMy, her color is just perfect for the perch she decided to sleep in.
