Sandwich

The Mister wasn't home for dinner the last two evenings,
so I just made myself a sandwich instead of cooking.

Roast beef, Vidalia onion, avocado, muenster,
tomato, fresh spinach and mayo
on a Hawaiian Bread bun.
Yum.
Dagwood would be proud.

    2. Muenster is a foul smelling cheese exclusive to America, I just found out.

Eddie, I think I should send Betsy some REAL good old Cheddar Gorge cheese to show her what she is missing..

    3. I think you're confusing the American Meunster with the French Munster. This is very mild and not smelly at all!

Do you know who Dagwood is? He's American, too. ha.

    4. Keith send her some strong Blue Vein - that will put her off cheese for life - smells like your old socks!!! LOL
