Betsy, your cats just keep coming! How I wish I lived near, so that I could see all of them in person. My father was a real cat person, so I think men who are are very special people. This kitty is displaying so much confidence and is so healthy looking. What an amazing household you have! Lynne in NC
She is a confident, bossy thing! She and Tiger, her brother, just love The Mister. They wait for him to get home and follow him around. It's hilarious.
Well, their birthday was in May but i don't know the exact day. They looked like about 2 weeks old at first glance so still May when they did the birthday dance.
It looks like Whiskers has found his favorite spot to perch. His face is very strong and confident. If a cat likes a man, he is a keeper and if a man likes a cat, he is too : )
Oh this picture is so dear! Love Whisker's white bib and toes. I think it's lovely that the Mister has two feline fans... so sweet. Those kitten photos from three years ago have me cooing at the screen. Are they not the cutest? Kittens and puppies - nothing better. I must e-mail you a photo of a new puppy two doors down - Duff. I call him Dufflet. He is so cute I could eat him. He is a Cairn Terrier. He fit in the palm of my friend Diana's hand. And his tongue? Adorable!
Aren't they sweet in that first post? I had been through some real heartbreaking things around that time and I think God gave them to me as a pleasant distraction. My own two cats also had been gone a few years. Nothing like kittens or puppies! Yes, send me a picture of your new furry neighbor!
Cats always look so proud of themselves don't they? I love your beautiful neat shelves full of crockery. I live in the dustiest house in the universe but I work all day so dusting is not a priority. Terry is not one of nature's dusters....
Thanks, Georgina...I do love my shelves. It allows me to have pretty things without them cluttering up the furniture or being in the way. Dusting isn't my favorite thing either. And Terry is not alone. The Mister would claim not to see the dust. hahaha....
What lovely picture Betsy!
ReplyDeleteBoth look happy each other:)
And how beauty is whiskers!
I think they are! She's a very demanding young lady, though! So bossy! haha.
DeleteAwww.I believe she looks really comfortable with him!
DeleteI look the old post!
They were really cute:)
They were so cute! I was so excited when I found them....and now look what happened! haha.
DeleteHaha I know many cats after that lol
DeleteSo many! Oh my! But I love them all. Such good kitties.
DeleteI know!
DeleteAll are cute:)
She is a real cutie! She seems to be saying "Back off Betsy, he's MINE!"
ReplyDeleteI think she is saying that! She likes to sleep on his feet, too!
DeleteSleep on his feet? What about the smell? Still I suppose the Mister wont mind if he loves her.
DeleteOh, Whiskers doesn't smell! Oh..wait...haha...you mean The Mister's feet? lol....well, she's on top of the blankets.
DeleteI meant Whiskers. . .
DeleteShe'll be so insulted!
Delete(Hilarious conversation!)
DeleteActually, the misters feet don't smell ...otherwise, he'd be on the couch. Ha.
DeleteWhat a precious photo! Hope you guys enjoy the weekend.
ReplyDeleteYou too, Mildred. I'm expecting it to be a nice one!

Well close enough
DeleteHave to say it sometime or they may get rough
Yeah, can celebrate it any time
Deleteespecially since they have nine lives!

ReplyDeleteWhiskers does have a really strong face...not feminine like the other girls! I think it's a mutual admiration they have. ha.
DeleteAww- very cute kittie- and she looks very comfy right where she is!
ReplyDeleteShe does, doesn't she? She always hangs over his shoulders. ha. So cute.
DeleteShe looks like she is guarding the Mister. Tell her I promise to be good.
ReplyDeleteShe does have that look....like "Back off!" That's her personality, too. lol... Good to see you Steph.
DeleteAw...sweet picture.
ReplyDeleteIsn't that cute? She does that a lot and it makes me laugh. :)
DeleteOh, what a darling photo. I love it! Some cats just love the man of the house. Our Mr. Ed was like that. Hugs
ReplyDeleteWe have two like that. Whiskers and Tiger. It is fun to watch. :)
DeleteLooks like The Mister rather likes Whiskers too.
ReplyDeleteCan't believe she's three years old already! Have we been blogging that long? ha ha!
:0)
I know...we've been blogging longer than that! Doesn't seem possible!
DeleteBlogging has been great. Think of all the friends we might have missed!
DeleteThat is so true! Non bloggers just don't get it!
DeleteShe's such a classy looking cat! I remember when the original litter showed up.Hard to believe it's been three years.
ReplyDeleteI know...can't believe I'm saying this, but I kind of miss tiny kittens around here!
DeleteWhisker is a beauty and the picture is just so beautiful..they seem to gel with each other..
ReplyDeleteyeah, they're real pals! haha.
DeleteOh this picture is so dear! Love Whisker's white bib and toes. I think it's lovely that the Mister has two feline fans... so sweet.

DeleteAnd then God kept giving and giving! :-)
DeleteEvery time my heart is broken, will he send a litter? Oh my! hahaha....
DeleteLaughing! Well let's hope your heart does not get broken again... but if it does, He sends such a lovely choice!
DeleteHi Betsy - special! Lovely - Hilary
ReplyDeletePretty cute, right? Ha. And he can't put her down or she'll hop right back up!
DeleteWhat a good name - her whiskers are very pronounced :)
ReplyDeleteShe and another litter mate looked exactly alike except the other had a big white mustache. So we called them Mustache and Whiskers.
DeleteLove that face, what a pretty kitty! Happy weekend to you!
ReplyDeleteHappy weekend, Eileen! I need to take a good bird shot today if I'm joining in with Anni later on! Hopefully I'll see you there!
DeleteWhat a pretty face!
ReplyDeleteI've always thought she had a masculine face. Ha. But she is a pretty cat. Very muscular and sleek.
DeleteShe looks just like a queen surveying her domain!
ReplyDeleteShe really does act like the queen...so funny!

DeleteOh Terry sees the dust.... he just doesn't do anything about it. Reading the newspaper is more important!
DeleteOh! that is so precious!! My Twister kitty is a shoulder cat, too!
ReplyDeleteIt's so endearing- especially on a man. ;)
Aw. You know, Slate is one, too...but on my shoulder. It is very endearing. Sometimes Whiskers puts a paw on either shoulder, like a hug. So cute.
Deletewhiskers has such gorgeous markings ... wearing her own little white bandana ♥
ReplyDeletebandana...I love that!
DeleteTesting, testing, 123...
ReplyDelete456...
DeleteNow it’s Eddie’s blog too where my comments are not showing up so was just checking here…
ReplyDeleteAnd in fact a couple of them are not coming through here...
ReplyDeleteAw! Maybe you should start that blog. Maybe blogger has the profile people getting stuck?
DeleteUgh. Eddie mentioned something that I will try and see if it works. I do now see some of mine here. *throws up hands in despair* :-)
ReplyDeleteMaybe. But he said he was having the same problem too. But he gave me a trick that might fix it. I will see if it works.
ReplyDeleteWhiskers on the Misters...purrrrfect!
ReplyDeleteAn adorable cat!
