    1. It was a very nice time! It wasn't quite as hot or humid and there was a nice breeze all day.
The train was beautiful and so was the scenery!

  2. I would love to do that! Maybe I'll do a little bit of googling...
Or maybe I'll put it on my list of things to do this fall. :)

    1. I got to check it off my summer list! It really was very fun. We've done others but the trains weren't as nice...or the scenery...and it was incredibly hot...almost not enjoyable! This one was perfect! It would be lovely in the fall with all the colors...sounds like a plan!

    1. The boys were SO excited! They deserved something fun after being so good for three days of traveling, dinners and occasions where they had to be out of their comfort zone. I'm so proud of them!

It looks like everyone had a very special train ride with gorgeous scenery to see along the way. I hope the boys got a lot of souvenirs to bring back with them. I so enjoyed the pictures you shared with us.

    1. Yeah, just a little anxiety when we were buying our tickets. Then he was alright. Didn't enjoy it as much as the other two, but still did pretty well. :) He stuck by my side...he's my little shadow. :)

  23. Such a great travelogue! I noticed the crossed fingers, but hopefully they slowly uncrossed as the train chugged. I love the last photo too - tells of a very satisfying day. But I also adore the pics of the Mister and those gorgeous wooden windows with the leaded glass. Beautiful. And another favourite is the huge willow tree providing a giant cow umbrella! Great photos!
