Hope things went well today! I remember that feeling...exhausted and a little overwhelmed. Hope they are encouraged, though after a long day!

  4. What a great museum! Almost makes want to plan a trip tomorrow. Do you think Vinnie would like it too? ;)
Rochester has a small train and transportation museum too, but nothing quite like that one. Hm, maybe I could convince James to agree on another get-away weekend. :)

  10. Dear Betsy, I am very glad, the boys could have this wonderful and exciting visit and all these extraordinary days! Obviously they did well with all these big attractions, adventures, challenges. So you all have quite a few precious family memories now, haven´t you? But I presume, that you might need one or two really tedious days now?
    Take care

  14. Hi Betsy .. such lovely photos - and what a great place for the boys to have visited, let alone the train ride - bet there'll be many trips across country now??!!

I wanted to ask what the boys listen to ... is it music, or train 'noises' ... ? I'll keep the post open and check back in anon ..

So pleased all went well .. and thank goodness the boys like to travel .. cheers Hilary

    1. Those are noise-cancelling headsets. They have very sensitive hearing and it bothers them in loud, crowded places or places with loud music. Alex wears them the most but once in a while the other two want them on.
