you better watch it...he may be the donald trump of the cardinal world with that comb over...and he could buy out your house from underneath you...ha...cool pix bets
hahaha I think he does have a thing for you Letting you get all those shots at your zoo Even giving you a full moon As he danced and pranced like a loon
yep, a little flirt he is and eats up the attention I give and dances as I giggle, doing that little jiggle. Maybe he's seen me sing into my spoon mic and liked it instead of taking a hike! lol...
Wonderful photos...your bird photos are phenomenal! I too noticed the hairdos on our feathered friends. Today the windchill is a bit over zero. Come on spring!
haha....hopefully I read his mind correctly. Maybe he was really saying, "Fill the feeder already!" lol. But it was full, so hopefully he just likes me. :)
You sure did!!!

We had tiny blizzards blowing in every hour or so...
Geesh!!! Enough already!!
Cheers!

ReplyDeleteOhio is just full of them! I had several cardinal couples this winter eating from the feeders. But you have owls. I'd love to have an owl visit! :)

DeleteOr he thinks your one of him at your show
After all bathing your feet in the sink
To him could look like a bird bath I think hahaha
Cute photos haha, I see cardinals outside of my window all the time but they never sit still long enough for me to photograph.
ReplyDeleteDo you have a feeder there? That usually gets them to linger long enough for photos. :)
DeleteHi Betsy .. beautiful - I do love the look of those birds ... and the name 'cardinal' ... glorious to see - thanks Hilary
ReplyDeleteyep...just like the catholic cardinals...love that bright red color!
DeleteBeautiful. There is nothing more to say.
ReplyDeletewell, thanks, Alan. Can't believe I've made you speechless. :)
DeleteMr Cardinal is a BEAUTY!! Take care
ReplyDeletex
Isn't he? He just has a twinkle in his eye that the other birds don't have!
Deletegreat set of photos. Our cardinals don't appear to be as orangey-red which may be, in part, due to the sun on his plumage.
ReplyDeleteHe was in the afternoon sun and it kind of washed him out! yes...a little orangey.
DeleteWonderful photos...your bird photos are phenomenal! I too noticed the hairdos on our feathered friends. Today the windchill is a bit over zero. Come on spring!
ReplyDeleteWe are supposed to get down in the teens tonight! Brrr! It was sunny for the first day of spring, but very cold!
DeleteMmmm...I love these shots...and the words you put in his mouth, er, beak.
ReplyDeletehaha....hopefully I read his mind correctly. Maybe he was really saying, "Fill the feeder already!" lol. But it was full, so hopefully he just likes me. :)
