  1. Yea!!

Rare thing to make it first. I remember seeing on the news about her terrible cars accident and how her kids would no longer have a Mom. So sad. Glad to see she liked cats.

    God bless.

    1. Yeah, sad! Although, I don't remember it personally...too young. :) I loved the photo...her hairstyle and earrings could be from 2013 but the swimsuit, phone and camera tell the era. And the bagginess of the man's pants. ha.

    1. It is in there. I see it, but it is just a minor one.. Thank goodness I did not have any of those "auto-correct errors". I have had some while texting, and they can be hilarious.

    2. I've been on the receiving end of some of those texts with auto correct errors. Yes, they can be so funny!

    1. I had to look her up, too,
      just between me and you!
Died when I was only 6
and you were not even a thought yet.
      But her kitten is cute,
would grow to be a brute.
Just look at those huge paws!
I'm sure he drew the Awww's.
      lol.

  6. Did you read about how she died? I think I was really affected by it because to this day I still have thoughts of it most of the time when I am driving and I see a big diesel truck. Also maybe almost being hit by one more than one does not help. Plus the same thing has happened to others here in CA and almost always makes the news or they just squash the smaller vehicle. But for the amount of miles they drive, truck drivers are probably the safest drivers out there.

She was on her way to becoming as famous as Marilyn Monroe although some just called her a Marilyn wanna be. They have made a movie about her life. Her daughter stars in the TV series Law and Order, SVU. I think she can sing too and definitely can act. So sad to grow up knowing how badly her Mom died. But she seems to have done well.

    God bless.

    1. Yes, I did read about it...horrific. :( There are several photos of her that look very similar to Marilyn Monroe..especially the younger ones. But I didn't know that Mariska Hargitay was her daughter!

    1. Cocoa is doing great! Nobody on our street is missing a kitten, so I guess he's here to stay. the hissing has stopped and now the others are doting on him. :)

  9. What a cute picture of Jayne, though the kitten doesn't look particularly pleased to be in the limelight. She certainly did have a sad and tragic end.

    1. Yes, she certainly did. And it is a lovely picture. I needed one of her with her cat, of course, but out of all the photos I found, I loved this one of her the best! Nice that it worked out that way. :)
