Cut Out Snowflake Cookies

The best part about making cut out cookies is
usually the decorating part!


I like making them extra big and thick!


Blue was a nice icy color for a snowflake!
And little pearl candies finished the look!


But this time, the most fun was catching Alex
stealing the cookies! ha.

  12. Beautiful cookies....adorable thief!! Someday, I'm gonna get with it and made cut out cookies... I've never had good luck with them....but maybe it's the marble rolling pin...HaHa...Now that I have one, I should try...I'm sure I'll be coming for advice when I do. Loving you this morning, and thinking how precious your boys are.

    1. I really think the key is to chill the dough, don't roll it out too thin and don't over bake.

    I've never made snowflake cutouts but yours almost convince me that I should. they're so pretty! and maybe that's the only snow we'll have this winter? I hope not!

    1. that was spencer....and he would never touch one of my cookies....haha. As you can see by alex's chubby face, he loves to eat. I wonder what I could take from him that would slim him down? haha...there isn't a single thing for him...he just loves food. lol....
