yes...long day with the cookies! ha. I'm exhausted, too. Do you ever get a muscle cramp in your back when decorating with frosting? I always do! Awful!
I know...not my favorite part. I hope they will look nice, though. I've never done 300 cookies before...that is a lot. Wish you were here to help me! haha. Can you fly up here tonight? lol.
oh dear if I could sure! I know is a lot of work in the past I havr to make 100 to 200 empanadas 200 little sandwichs but never 300 cookies in one order!!
HaHaHa...Oh I love that worm's expression!! I love the "view" above ground and below it!! Wonder how long this tug*a*war will last!! This is so cute Betsy!
haha...well, it has to last until June 5th, right? Poor little guy will just have to hold on or wrap around the dandelion root like Magpie said! hahaha.
Cute, cute, cute! I love the stories that your drawings tell. That little bird reminds me of a certain little determined toddler that I happen to know...
oh, cute interpretation! I was thinking you might do underground for some reason. Well done! TY!~
In answer to your comment about "10 days", being that i won;t get to it until after grad.....
Well, of course, Betsy, the graduation is on Saturday and that leaves me only two days -- Sunday and Monday --efore the following tuesday, May29th, so June 5th works better. I don;t want to rush this and have only just begun drawing it out.
No worries already posting it. The link will still show up on Tuesday, for anyone that has not visited prior to then. TY for your contribution!
That's a great drawing Betsy. It's funny, I was just trying to take a picture of this little bird snagging a worm from the grass today, but was not the quickest camera in the east so I just got the bird after he hopped onto the driveway…but here I have that scene:) Thanks
Now that is a shot that I have not captured with my camera, but it would be fun to try! I love seeing Robins with their heads cocked, listening for worms! let me know if you ever get that shot!
Such a lovely picture Betsy, and also a fabulous take on underground. I love the character you have caught in this little bird, desperately wanting his dinner. Wonderful!
Yes! that's one happy worm, - i do love your creativity and your intertwining of the bird in all themese...so very clever! I like the root, too! good stuff - enjoy your week, xx
oh this is absolutely adorable - what a perfect dandelion, its architecture so fine - I wonder if you consult real life? not to mention the bird of course which as always is delightful - I have to get out ther and nature sketch more
