Super Bowl Night

Well, it's nearing half time and half the food is gone. :) I made chili and served it with more toppings that anyone could possibly fit in the bowl. ha. So fun!
I topped mine with cornbread, guacamole, sour cream, shredded cheese and fresh cilantro. I had three bowls! Oh dear. :) And then I passed up the veggie and fruit trays to have a peanut butter cupcake and a lemon bar. ha. Tomorrow I'll just have the fruit and veggies to even things out. lol. Hope you're enjoying your weekend!

  6. We had French Dip, fries, cole slaw, and veggies...along with Ro-tel dip and guacamole. Instead of using tortilla chips for the dips, I used cauliflower and broccoli. That way I could have dessert, too

  32. good choices, Betsy, you can have the fruit today.

Nina brought over some cupcakes this morning, - choc chip cookie dough baked in the center of white cake mix - frosted with chocolate.
She says they are favorite cupcake ever, so no dieting going on here today either.
