Well, it's nearing half time and half the food is gone. :) I made chili and served it with more toppings that anyone could possibly fit in the bowl. ha. So fun!
I topped mine with cornbread, guacamole, sour cream, shredded cheese and fresh cilantro. I had three bowls! Oh dear. :) And then I passed up the veggie and fruit trays to have a peanut butter cupcake and a lemon bar. ha. Tomorrow I'll just have the fruit and veggies to even things out. lol. ReplyDeleteWe had French Dip, fries, cole slaw, and veggies...along with Ro-tel dip and guacamole. Instead of using tortilla chips for the dips, I used cauliflower and broccoli. That way I could have dessert, too

ReplyDeleteNina brought over some cupcakes this morning, - choc chip cookie dough baked in the center of white cake mix - frosted with chocolate.
She says they are favorite cupcake ever, so no dieting going on here today either.
