Tiger Thinks He's Spider Man

  1. Silver ~ he did make it to the top but I put the camera down 'cause I got scared he was going to fall and get hurt. He just took a big leap to the ground. Geesh! ha. I guess he climbs trees higher than that anyway.

  2. I would be more concerned for my screen door than the kitten, though he is awfully cute. :) Does he have a new name?

  3. Oh boy! He's so cute, but I would worry about the screen. Our cat messed up our screen doing that.

  4. Martha ~ it's one of those flexible screens...he can't hurt it. They aren't like the old metal ones that would bend. No, we're still calling him 'Tiger'..or yelling "Tiger!"...which was the case this time. hahaha.

  5. I haven't met a screen a cat couldn't ruin...

  6. Martha ~ it's nylon...doesn't have a mark on it! (We learned the hard way with our other two cats years ago!)

  7. haha...our new kit has taken to climbing trees....really high trees...

  8. We've never had a screen that wasn't eventually ruined by a cat...

  9. Oh, he is a laugh-makin'-machine!! LOL! Thanks, Betsy!

  11. Wow he really really really wants in
Should at least give him a pin
As it was a very good try
But if only he was a smart guy
And could use the handle to open it up
Maybe Orlin should get on back a pup
    And ride on down
    Across your town
To show Tiger how it's done
Then Orlin and Tiger could give Nugget some fun..haha

  12. Pat ~ oh, Tiger and Orlin together could mean some big schemes!
The kind of stuff they imagine in their dreams!
I would have to send Tiger your way
when they were done causing dismay!
    ha.

  13. Lol, cats really are to funny.Mine, the youngest one, loves to sit on the bathroom sink and drink out of the faucet. I felt kinda silly one day it was hot so I completely wet his tail soaked it infact. He never got that wet I dont bathe mine.He made me laugh so hard when he jusmped down and realized his tail was soaked.Oh my Betsy it was the funniest thing,he walked into my room with all four legs bent and his back bowed from the shock of it all.LOL.His tail looked like a piece of licorice. It was hilarious. He loves it when I do funny things,he enjoys it even though it makes him crazy haha.

  14. haha Cassie would not appreciate that
But you know I was thinking as I looked at Tiger the cat
Maybe he had something else in mind
As you can clearly see is behind
He could have just felt like giving a flash
Before he made a quick dash..haha

  15. Becky ~ oh, that is so funny. A few times our old cats got into something outside and had to be bathed. What an experience. And we were amazed how skinny they looked without all of their fluff. ;)

  16. Pat ~ oh, I don't he was giving a flash
more like he was trying to dash
up to the roof for a perch
    to search
    for birds
    he's so absurd.
    lol....

  21. How funny, Betsy! Glad he can't ruin it! (Been there, done that!) The last pic is my favorite....with the outline of his sibling's little head as he/she looks on...getting ideas! Happy week!...hugs...Debbie

  22. Tiger looks so cute climbing up the screen, just like he is doing a stunt for a commercial. He truly does pose for the camera, even when he is not trying.

Do you think he was looking for a way to get into the house? Maybe he wanted to come in to visit you.

    God bless.

  25. I laughed so hard!! He is so far off the ground? What a climber... is that how he gets up there, or does he jump?

I also wanted to let you know I nominated you for an award today. Details on my post here: http://describehappy.blogspot.com/2011/09/ten-day.html

  26. Tiger is just so much cat. They really don't have a clue what they are doing but I suppose they think they can get to the other side of the door.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Oh my! My kitters does that. Then one day, the screen was out being fixed. He jumped up there and slid down cause he had nothing to grab onto. I about pee'd my pants laughing at his shocked expression as he slid down the door!

  28. Reminds me of the poster that says "Hang in there" : )

  30. Aw, Christie..thanks! I'm be over to check it out soon.

yes, tiger climbs up...then jumps down.

  31. I'd be worried about the screen...yikes! Cute spider cat!

    ReplyDelete
  32. that you have a screen built to withstand spidercat would make picture taking that much more fun:)
i have a little niece who pushes through screens. i ought to whip out the video camera when she gets ready.

  33. Umm, where's your "waht I did Wednesday" pics?

Well, I'd say this sweet little fellow is far better arrayed than SpiderMan--always did think he had nearly the WORST outfit--almost as bad as Robin's adn like the old Broncos' uniforms too.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Mmm ~ Oh, I do agree with you there. Tiger's coat is beautiful...hard to beat that!

Wednesday I spent at an auction and although I had my camera, it was a crazy day and I didn't take a single picture.

  35. Aha! Not being used to screen doors here in England, I thought he had learned how to suction to the glass!! Still... pretty neat trick there.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Oh, jenny that's funny! So, no screen doors? Do you have them in your windows?

    ReplyDelete
  37. Hilarious! This would be great on YouTube!

    ReplyDelete
  38. wonderful snaps!!

there's at least one screen climber in every litter!!!

    ReplyDelete
  39. Oh Betsy, I think you should sew him up a little spiderman suit!!!

Love the progression of his climb!!!

    ReplyDelete
  40. VERY naughty boy! Our Sylvester does that on a regular basis! Our screens are a bit worse for wear...we have to be careful...our Daddy mentions things like: CAT-A-PAULT when he does this! :)

    ReplyDelete
  41. Our cat used to do that too, but up the back of our pants....ouch! That's when I learned to clip nails! Let's see that would be over 100 for you and the crew?

    ReplyDelete
  42. Anita ~ oh, that is too many nails to clip! lol....

    ReplyDelete
  43. Oh, Betsy. That is precious. What a great cat.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Too funny - amazing that you got pictures of that happening!

    ReplyDelete
  45. OMG! How is this even possible? I mean I can't imagine how he could climb windows (glass surface). He must be Spider Man for sure :D

    ReplyDelete
