The Grape Pumpkin

No, it wasn't a face this time. But it is almost autumn.
And it does look like a pumpkin. And I couldn't help but hear Linus's
words ringing in my ears...with a little adaptation. :)
"Just wait til next year, Charlie Brown. You'll see! Next year at this same time, I'll find the pumpkin patch that is real sincere and I'll sit in that pumpkin patch until the Grape Pumpkin appears. He'll rise out of that pumpkin patch and he'll fly through the air with his bag of toys. The Grape Pumpkin will appear and I'll be waiting for him! "

    What a bizarre looking grape! I'm in the mood for some pumpkin pie, but I would prefer it orange and not purple. :)

    Rebecca ~ I have several packages of pureed pumpkin in my freezer from my pumpkins last fall! I need to get busy using that up! Pumpkin muffins sound good!

    I expanded my food face gallery
    to include grape pumpkin anyway
    although he isn't really a face
    he feels at home in that space
    with banana, strawberry and melon, too
    at the risk of being called a loon.
    and of course grape turned raisin
    they're all part of the relation.
    lol...
