Fair Weather

The weather this week has been cooler and less humid! Here's the flat Ohio farmland that I see on my grocery trip. The clouds were amazing today on my drive home.
I'm sure I see an animal or two in this one, especially!
I'm off to work at another auction on Thursday!

  8. different kinds of clouds to what we have here but lovely nonetheless.

You have such a nice rural drive to the store. Seems like would be peaceful. Very different to my drive although mine isn't bad--just not that pretty.

  12. How do you get these while you're out driving? I saw a cloud the other day that definitely looked like the Energizer Bunny, but I couldn't get pulled over to take the picture. :)

  14. Have fun at the auction. I hope you have some tales to tell when it's over.

I love blue sky cloudy days like yours. It is a little cooler here as well....the temps are still pretty high, but having less humidity makes all the difference.

  15. You have wonderful photos for "Sky Watch Friday"

As I was going to the grocery store yesterday, there were huge thunder clouds forming, so I clicked my picture for tomorrows SWF.

Have a great and cool day!

  17. This is the second blog I've been to today that sees things in the clouds. I think I need to start looking up more often! Your ride looks similar to mine. Beautiful this time of year...and treacherous in the winter.
Thanks for taking me along on your drive to the grocers. Hope the boys had a good start on their first day of school. And I hope you enjoyed some time alone.

  18. maggie's garden ~ oh, that is SO true...beautiful now, but icy and lots of huge snow drifts in the winter...they don't get salted and plowed like city streets!

  20. Hi Betsy, sorry I haven't visited for a while, but I have such a lot of work on at this time of the year I have a difficult job keeping up with all my bloggie friends!

The skies here in England are always grey, either dark grey (like today), medium grey, or light grey when you can sometimes see a teensy-weensy bit of blue sky!

A famous English comedian always started his routine with "What a grey day!".

The last time I saw the sun I thought it was the moon on fire!
