Thai Pasta Salad

Perfect for summer...a chilled pasta salad
with lots of spicy heat.
******
Thai Pasta Salad
1 lb angel hair pasta, cooked and cooled
2-3 c cooked, shredded chicken
2 c shredded cabbage mix
1/2 c peanut sauce
2 T honey
3 T lime juice
******
Whisk peanut sauce, honey and juice
together and pour over the rest.
Mix well and chill.

  10. Oh I wish I could handle "spicy"...my stomach just doesn't do well with it. But it looks so good, and I'm sure my hubby would love it!!! I hate being Plane Jane when it comes to spicy!!!!!

  12. What an awesome recipe...I was craving these flavors tonight and found a box of Hot and Sour Soup mix in the pantry...first time I have ever made it....I was ooohing and aaaahing after every bite!

  16. Hmmm... Put some roasted peanuts in it and you'd have chilled Pad Thai. Not bad; I might do this when my current stir fry finally gets eaten up.

  21. Sounds so very fitting a light summer dinner. My parents are arriving for a week long visit tomorrow and I was thinking of making pasta; perhaps i will try your recipe.

  33. It was real Thai food made by real Thai people at my FIL's funeral. (His wife is Thai.) They make food very spicy, but I think what really threw me off was the Durian fruit. I have never smelled anything so bad in my life. Okay well, maybe I have but it definitely wasn't to eat!
