  2. I know just how you feel...except that it's 8 with a windchill of 0. We haven't seen cold weather like this in a long time! I don't know what we'd do if it got below 0...I'm sure we wouldn't go anywhere!! At least you have pretty snow. I'm still hoping we get some this year.

  3. Hahaha - I saw the baby in the picture, but figured you were just babysitting for a friend. Put on some extra coffee - I'm sending folks over to see your unique winter wear - tuxedos

  4. lol! That penguin baby is pretty cute:)

It's very cold here, too, like 18F this morning (and it was 20F when I got up???). I just wish we had some snow to make it fun!

  5. At 16 degrees I thought it was cold here. The professor told the boys this morning, "It feels like Ohio out there." They are fascinated with Ohio because you guys get snow.

Enjoy being warm and comfy at home... I was zipping through the carpool line at 7:35!

  11. Nice duds you all have on. I know this is nothing compared to your Yankee weather, but it was 15 degrees this morning when I left for work. It was 32 when I went out at lunch. That is cold for here. Stay toasty by that fire!

  16. Have you ever seen the video someone put together to make it look like one penguin slaps the other on the back of the head and he falls through the ice? It is funny. By the way, I left an award for you at my blog. Enjoy!

  20. Betsy, its been mind-numbingly cold here too, brrrrr. I can almost feel the warmth arising from that steaming cup on your sidebar...mmmmm!

I've taken to pouring myself a hot chocolate in a disposable cup just before I leave work. It lasts me about 15 minutes on my commute home and really helps to warm me up.
