Oh yes! It would! And if the water were drawn from a deep cold well in the middle of a storybook countryside scene...and if we sat down to a hale and hearty ploughman's lunch of cheese, bread, ham, boiled eggs and onion as we drank this elixir!~
Absolutely! Lavinia mentioned well water... We( my siblings and self) used to drink well water from my Grandmother's farm and it was the best water...I really have to force myself to drink 8 glasses of water a day...Of course I drink it in tea and coffee but water alone is a challenge for me to drink unless I'm overheated...
Rebecca ~ yes, coffee and tea seem to be what I drink all day. I've been trying to get a few glasses of water in there lately. It is easier when it's hot outside!
Willow ~ well water...I wish we had it. Our village water is icky...we have a filter on our kitchen faucet. Maybe we should dig!

ReplyDeleteWe have wonderful well water here at the Manor! If you let it run a minute first, it comes up out of the ground SO cold and refreshing! Ahhh.
ReplyDeleteI love old wicker covered bottles!
Trish ~ ok! I'll be right over to see what you have up your sleeve!
ReplyDeleteLavinia ~ yes, this beautiful bottle looks like it's just begging to go on a picnic!

it would sure recycle better! :_)
ReplyDeleteStrider ~ interesting that you mention recycling...yes, this is one bottle that you would refill again and again!
ReplyDeleteThis might help me... I'm not so good at staying hydrated.
ReplyDeleteIn passing... I'm wondering if that's actually WATER in that bottle! I'm not sure 8 glasses of red stuff a day would be such a good idea! LOL!
ReplyDeleteI guess I'm a weirdo, but I love water. I'd rather drink water than anything else, except when I'm desperate for a caffeine pick-me-up.
Blessings, Betsy!

That bottle looks so real!
ReplyDeleteI love water and NYC has top notch tap water which many find surprising. It comes from reservoirs upstate.
Have a good weekend!
