Mmm ~ I'm not a big curry fan. Willow does make a delicious chicken salad that has a little curry in it. You could just sprinkle a little on your meat when you grill it...chicken or fish. I think the key would be to remember that a little goes a long way.
Pat ~ good for you eating most of the things on the list. I put kale in our garden for the first time...actually for our pet rabbit, but I think I'll through a few leaves in our salads, too!
MG ~ I think it's just our nature to happily eat the fruits. I did notice over the winter that one of those Dole salad bags of ready to serve mixed green contained dandelion greens!
Betsy, I had heard about the health benefits of most of these foods, but not curry (by the way, I love it). So, one more reason to indulge my love of Indian Food. Thanks for this list.

I love it with baked chicken in a couple of cans of cream of mushroom soup, put some sour cream and the curry and put the whole thing over rice. Oh so yummy! I wish I would just eat healthy. Why do I dip into the fattening things I have no business eating?

I love chicken curry. My version is made with coconut milk and served over basmati rice. I have been thinking about cooking that all day. The last time I cooked it I could smell curry every afternoon when I returned from work and opened the front door. Delicious smell!
