Over the last twenty years or so, I've noticed more and more restaurants serving water with a lemon wedge or two, instead of just plain water. I always wonder where that practice started.

We love fresh lemonade, but I hadn't thought about using a bit of lime juice in with it. I'll give that a try the next time. We love limeade as well.
