Here's some of what I've been cooking
for dinner lately.....
- Loaded scrambled eggs with avocado, ham and lots of veggies.
- Spicy chili with yummy toppings.
- Reuben rolls.
- Fried catfish with spicy fresh pineapple salsa.
- Sweet and sour beef.
- Beef tips and mushrooms.
- Crispy chicken topped salad.

Hi Betsy - I cook for me around my 90 year old .. so somewhat trying! But I get excellent meals when I go down to son and DIL on the farm ... always good to go and eat out. It's spring so new veggies arriving .. asparagus et al .. these look good - glad I'm going out for a St George's Day do ... in English Canada!! Cheers Hilary

It's gone very cold here and I am not sure which lifeform is more cofused with this stop/start weather. The plant kingdom or the animal kingdom . . . :)
