You have ferns in your garden? Here in leicestershire they are classed as an intrusive weed!
Nice picture though.
haha...well, that's because it's so wet there! We don't have them invading anything. We lovingly baby them along, hoping that they will be happy enough to grow!
We have a saying here when it's raining, "Never mind, it might clear up and rain!". We don't get weather here, just samples. There is a tree on a distant hill, if I can see it it means it's going to rain. If I can't see it it means it IS raining! Ha!
Yes, it does sound rather damp there. But things are lush and green that way, even if moldy and mildewed. haha.
Nice photo! Love ferns on porches.
I usually have one on my back porch....nice and shady there. :)
Beautiful photo, Betsy! I love ferns!
This is a new little maiden hair fern that I'm babying along. I have another and thought it was lonely. haha. But they are particular!
They really are tiny! ...especially when you're trying to focus your camera on just one! haha.
So sweet. They look like they are tentatively reaching up to the sky.Pretty colours in this photo.
Don't they? Magical little things!
So cool! I love baby ferns!

Ferns are one of my favourites!
Hi Betsy - love seeing the ferns unfurl ... such a clever leaf ... and I love them - they flourish in Cornwall - where my heart belongs! Cheers Hilary
