I see you still have signs of snow :) Such a cute little bird feeder... Your soup looks delicious, I would welcome a bowl right now. Nails to match your mug, both so pretty. Hugs, ~Jo
We have a little left...most has melted away. It's very cold but to warm up again this weekend. Makes you wonder if this is the end of if for the season!
I love pic no.6. It reminds me of days long ago when I was married. Every Sunday afternoon I would relax in a sun kissed room rather like that one, with the cat on my lap gently purring me to being half awake and half asleep, a glass of red wine by my side. Just thinking about nothing at all, listening to the birds tweeting outside. Silence in the house, kids at Sunday School, wife gone out with her latest lover. Bliss.
You think I'm joking about the wife dont you? I am not, it was the only time of the week when I wasn't being nagged at to get out on the garden or do some odd jobs!
Love the chapel . . . . I am building a bird table for The Rectory and might copy this design. It would fit in very well with the oldie worldy environment. Love the red and the blue . . . :)
I am guessing those are Song Sparrows at the feeder? Love your nice wide window sills and all of your beautiful plants, Betsy. So tell me...what is your favorite tea? Your pictures are beautiful today.
Good guess...but those are male and female House Sparrows! Favorite tea....probably green. Although I've enjoyed a lot of Vanilla Chai lately. Not really into the herbal teas, although I had Chamomile at my niece's last summer and it was delicious!
Lovely post tonight... You read my mind...thinking of the same theme myself for a post... Your birds are spectacular...we see beautiful things thru the window,eh? Enjoy your evening...miss V all bathed...bedtime soon...💙 Cheers! Linda :o)
Birdies going to church... seed worship! Jays and Cardinals look so dramatic against a snowy background. Beautiful. Ohhh... that soup... yum! Such a peaceful, relaxing room. I love bay windows. Kitties must as well.
Hi Betsy - lovely range of photos - fantastic selection ... clever. Enjoy the weekend and let's hope the snow melts away and the sun comes out ... oh that soup looks delicious! Cheers Hilary
