You Had Me At "Hand Painted Cherries"

I swear I'm not actively seeking out these gorgeous
antique mugs.  I think they're seeking out me!
Once I found my gorgeous Belleek mug last year,
they seem to be finding me everywhere. haha.
Isn't this one wonderful?  A little worn, gorgeous
colors...and the size is great.  I'm sure it was originally
a man's beer mug.  It's just too big to be a lady's dainty tea cup.
But it's perfect for a large mug of coffee in this day and age!

    Where did you find it?

Wish something like this, would "set off" my synchrinosity!

    It is lovely........

Purrrrrfect for a big cup of coffee. Or, as for me, sadly, decaf.

    1. Most antique cups had more of a feminine look. Mustache cups, especially....they almost always have flowers on them!

  6. Very pretty Betsy! And perfect for a big coffee in these time indeed. Enjoy! It made me wonder how many people drunk from it? What were their stories? What did they like? Were they kind people? Did they love and were loved back? .... too many questions to write down ... you get the picture :-)

  15. Yes, that antique mug is gorgeous! I have tended to collect mugs over the years - from places we've visited - and have actually had to downsize my collection a few times. Yours is sure a beauty! My two recent acquisitions are Emma Bridgewater mugs. I'm loving them. I hope I don't make it a habit. LOL
