"Oh, I'm bein' followed by a moonshadow,
Moonshadow, moonshadow.
Leapin' and hoppin' on a moonshadow,
Moonshadow, moonshadow. "
Cat Stevens
This song has been in my head ALL day!
I have no idea why or where it came from....
but it's been kinda fun to sing it over and over.
The cats might be a little weary of it by now, but
I'm not...at least not yet.....
ask me tomorrow if it's still here. haha.

SO...if I ask you tomorrow and it hadn't been, will you then begin singing it again? ;-)
ReplyDeletehaha...well, let's hope not!

ReplyDeleteIsn't it? Love it...
DeleteAwesome picture! The song fits it to a T. Wouldn't you love to know what the cats are saying about you singing it? Lol!
DeleteThey all know I'm crazy by now. hahaha....
DeleteOh, I used to play the Tea for the Tillerman over and over. Know every song by heart. He is one of my favourite artists. It's one of the better ear worms to have. :-)
ReplyDeleteAmazing photo! Evokes beautiful dreams.
Yes...it's been very pleasant. I don't remember all the words...but enough to keep going a little bit.
DeleteIs Shadow following the Moon Shadow song? :-)
Deletehaha...well,Shadow did sit in my lap this afternoon for a nice long pet. :)
DeleteListening as I type . . . great song but new to me . .
ReplyDeleteLike the photo but looks a bit spooky . . . . lots of cats around but it needs a witch riding a
broomstick to complete it . . . . lol
Great shot, Betsy . . :)
I've been known to do magic with my broomstick occasionally. :)
Deletehahaha! Well one might say you are rather bewitching . . :)

ReplyDeletecan go all Brady Bunch at your feed
Or wheels on the bus
This is the song that never ends may leave you in a fuss
Yeah, stick with that
Far worse from the cat
Nice try
Deletebut your attempts did die
in switching my tune
to one of doom. haha.
Lovely shot of the moon- try Pandora for a different song..sometimes that sticks a "oldie" in my head for the day.
ReplyDeleteOh, I'm not looking for another to stick...haha...
DeleteFunny how songs pop in your head like that! Have you heard of the name of that phenomena? It's called an earworm! Love the photo!
ReplyDeleteYes...such a funny name!
DeleteLOL! As soon as I saw the title of your post I started hearing the same tune!! LOL! blessings ~ tanna
ReplyDeleteLol....I knew most would recognize it immediately!
