Almost Like Spring

Well, I didn't open any windows today.
It only got to 59F according to my outside thermometer!
But the sun played hide and seek with the clouds and it was
very pleasant.  I did get a little dusting done!
My plants are still loving my garden window!
I moved my rosemary plant here to enjoy the sun.
The other herbs will probably follow suit as I have time.
I got the pot while antique shopping this week.
I looked it up when I got home....  It's a Ransbottom,
made in the 30's and sells for about $80.
Not bad for my $12 purchase!

    1. Not bad, eh? :)
I am enjoying this window a lot. I have to be careful not to cram too many
      things in it...haha...
See my one succulent on the left? It looks like it might get a flower on the end of that
      long tendril! yay!
Aw...a phone call from Miss vi...how adorable. Love your new little crochet for her!

    2. When that Rosemary gets going, you'll need to plant it outside. I bought one that size about 5 years ago, now its 5 ft tall and still growing!

    3. Really? It won't die here in our cold winters?

    4. It will never last outdoors here...the Rosemary, I mean.
Make sure to get a photo of the flower!

    1. If your sill is deep enough, I highly recommend it! Especially herbs with all that cooking you do!

  5. You sure do have good luck! It's springlike here, and very confusing to say the least..cold and rainy one day and warm and sunny the next. I fully expect to have to mow the grass in a week or so! :)

  6. Hi Betsy -the sun has just got covered with cloud here ... and your window looks just 'brilliantly spring like' ... love the plants and yes a nice little earner once your Rosemary moves outside ... we should be having temperatures in the mid 50s this week ... then cold again ... but we'll enjoy life .. cheers Hilary

  8. That sure is a win
    Go on the re-sell spin
    Make some dough
Or just perk up the window
We still have mountains of snow
So no spring at our show

I'd love to see your snow
Even if you think it's a no go.

  11. We were a bit warmer here in Kentucky. I did have the doors and windows open. So strange for this time of year.
