So that's where you've been . . . busy with your electric screwdriver putting up those doors . . . lol Great doors and now you are truly mod con . . . :)
I see, they are very clever . . . they appear to be be in four sections and have automatic mechanisms like the previous ones. You seem to be a replacement mood ~ when is it The Mister's turn . . hahaha
Not having seen your garage doors before I'm confused. Which is before and which is after? I hope the fake-wood doors are the new ones, they look absolutely snazzy, old bean.
Lovely! But I must say your old doors didn't look that bad. In fact they are way better than my 1970's wooden doors that sometimes fall off track. LOL One of these days I'm going to have to drive the Jeep right through them to get out. We actually need to demolish the whole 1970's garage. Someday, but for today things will stay the same. Have a beautiful day.
Didn't look that bad? haha....they are yellowed and dented. The wood is chippy paint and rotting! If yours are worse then I say get new...or the whole garage. hahaha.....
They are neat indeed. looks way better than the yellow stain ones at your feed But do you have to open and close them with no remote? If so, a pain in the arse that may be to tote
yes indeedy Betsy! Very similar to mine...I also got the handles, but opted not to put them on...we have a garage and a half...not 2 doors...one bigger door... Looks fantastic! All our neighbours commented on ours when we got it! Great choice... Enjoy your day.. Cheers! Linda :o)
We've been talking about a wall pergola. I pinned a few pictures on Pinterest that we like a lot. I think we will eventually do it. We need to replace a few windows first....a necessity before more pleasure. haha.
Speechless? Heck no! I.love.those.!! I love the style. I love the color. Such a nice contrast. Did you use your power tools to put them up? Lol!!
ReplyDeleteSuch a dramatic change, huh?! God, no...I'm so glad I didn't have to install those! LOL!
DeleteOoh, a thousand times prettier, and so beautiful !
ReplyDeleteNow I'm wanting to follow suite, and change our old doors out.

Our doors were a mess...rotting wood around them, chipping paint, discolored doors.
