Well hello! I'm first..haha! Garden Girl is smiling. She must love winter as much as you do. It's going to freeze at the lake tonight. Ugh! My daughter had to there and cover all my veggies up with tarps. I just hope it keeps them safe. I won't get back there until tomorrow to take care of them.
Oh, good...glad your daughter can rescue your cute little garden! I bet the tarps do the trick and everything survives. We've been in the 20's at night. Brr!
Oh, me too! She just got back from Ohio. Emily and her husband visited his sister in Columbus. She sent photos of none other than...snow. HaHa!
I bet she drove right by me! Columbus is one hour north...I lived there for 12 years!
I love when she has a dusting. Suits her.Very chilly tonight. I was out with a girlfriend for dinner and wasn't dressed warmly enough but refused to put on more. I am courting spring!
We're supposed to have sun and temps in the 60's later this week, so maybe the teasing will be done!
Hi Betsy - gosh I gathered it was cold ... but snow - her white cap does look lovely ... It is chilly again ... wonderful sun now .. so I guess warmth is coming! Cheers Hilary
The sun helps a lot, doesn't it? Hope it stays for you...were getting rain later today! April showers bring May flowers!
She seems happy ~ perhaps she likes Spring . . . Happy 'jammie day' with the boys and the green grapes. We are all meeting up at Avon Valley Park nearby which should be nice.
She always has a smile on her face...I love her positive attitude. Lol....Sounds like you have a fun day planned! Enjoy!
Like the positive attitude . . . lolWouldn't it be strange though if one morning she looked a little grumpy . . lolYes a lovely day thanks ~ I must do a post on it on Blogger and Facebook . . . :)
We haven't had snow except for a light dusting early this morning, but it soon disappeared. However there is a bitterly cold breeze, chill factor of 5ºC (41ºF). I think I'll stay indoors today!
Wind chill of 41F? You Brits are whimpy....lol....our temps are in the 20's before the wind. We don't say wind chill unless it's in the single digits. At least it's not raining on you today.....
What a sweet expression on your garden girl's face. I can almost imagine her blushing. She'll melt that snow in a heartbeat. Enjoy your day!
I love her face, too.....she always makes me smile!
Is spring ever going to get here? I surely hope so. Your little girl statue hopes so, too, I bet.
I hear it may arrive later this week...at least in Ohio...lol....hope it stays!
Such a beautiful capture, Betsy! Thst is April in a nutshell ... Changes in weather from snow to sun and rain!Have a peaceful Sunday afternoon,Nina
I can't remember what the ground hog said in February, but I'm sure we've had more than six weeks of winter since then!
I like snow in the winter but come April I want some sunshine. I always think of Rhoda's line from the old Mary Tyler Moore Show. I love the white Christmases here in Minnesota but it is the white Easters I can do without!
Haha...I loved that show! So true...I love winter....but each season has its loveliness.
We got it here tooLooks better on her than it does at our zoo
I'm hoping the freeze killed the bugs. Everything from mosquitoes to slugs. Lol....
GG looks good in everything! White hat suits her :-) we are deep in the spring here now ... Happy Sunday!! Of to make some sugar free ice cream :-)
It's raining here now, but when we got out of church today, it was freezing rain and everything was covered with ice... :(
I'm serving coffee! Stay and chat! And no awards, please! Your comments are my awards!
