Winds-day

Yesterday was grey, rainy and very windy!
Today was windy again but with sun!
As I sat at my desk most of the day, I could see clouds
moving across the sky at a very fast rate of speed.
It was kind of fun, like a silent movie (except for the
howling wind!).  Here's just one creature...
a sea lion about to dive behind the crab apples. :)

    1. I saw a lot of things
as the wind the clouds did bring.
      They blew strong and fast
      so the shapes didn't last.

    1. You had to look fast because in a second, it would turn into something else! haha.
At least the sun was shining! That howling wind sounds worse when it's dark and rainy!

  5. I'll just bet you stared out the windows all the way through your school years! Good imagination shines through! We're getting some of those winds here, but thankfully, they have had time to simmer down a little bit.

  7. Hi Betsy, it is a lovely picture. Very reflective. But the whole November always seem to put us into retrospection somehow. I saw your question 'how did life get so complicated' ... feeling the same way here. As ifnot already carrying enough on my shoulders my little one had a bad fall on his front and permanent teeth and broke them ... sigh. And after finally getting out of the hospital I open the news and there goes attacks in Paris, just next door ... Sigh. Where can one charge batteries to stay strong and positive ... well hope you have a nice weekend! Jitka

Yes...Paris! So tragic and horrible...watched the news all evening praying for all of them!

  8. I've been watching our clouds, lately. Fall is THE best time for such an activity, cool, crisp, windy and sunshine.
