I am seeing such pretty Sparrows lately! I took a bunch of pics the other day...of sparrows...while boyfriend was pumping gas! Great shot Betsy! Enjoy your evening... Cheers! Linda :o)
A master of disguise . . . lovely shot . . Our sparrow population fell dramatically about 10 years ago through disease. Still not recovered abd we don't see that many. Wonder if they all flew to Ohio . . . :)
No, I remember mentioning Sparrows but not Starlings . . . come to think of it I haven't seen many of them lately either maybe someone else mentioned it . . . .
Such nice bird pictures! All of them!! Are you just that close from your window, or do you use a big old telescopic lens like those photogs on pit row at NASCAR races?? GOOD RESULTS with whichever way you're doing it!
Photogs on pit road.....you act like you might know one! :)
That bush is really close to the window but I did zoom in a little. I've requested a longer zoom lens for Christmas. Hope Santa thinks I've been good enough. ha.
She just looked so sweet there! :) That window is the middle one of the three in my little nook where my desk is, so she was right in front of me....so fun to watch her.
Hiding, but you captured his sweetness !
