Reusable Grocery Bags

Some of my cloth grocery bags had seen better days and
needed to be replaced, so I looked on Etsy to see if
there were any unique, pretty ones to buy.

I found these in a little shop called Bella Mia Totes!
You get to choose the fabric and she makes them
special just for you!

And they are huge!  Twice as big as the standard ones!
That means fewer trips from the car into the house!
And they are nicely made with strong handles.
If you need any totes, go visit Jamie
at her shop!  Click HERE.

    1. Of course I chose the bird!
      Not to would be absurd!
      And a few flowers, too,
for some cheeriness at my zoo.

  7. They are so cute! I have some that I bought at a craft fair, big, heavy duty and colorful. Mine were made in Africa by women rescued from the sex trade. I love the bags and the fact that it helped a good cause.

  8. Love the two patterns you chose. Having something other than the utilitarian ones is fun... and especially if they're a bit bigger. I'll have to check them out.

  10. How cute!! I love your prints and the colors. And, I think it's great that you use reusables. I wish everyone did. It would be a lot less plastic bags going into the landfills. My mama is the queen of reusable grocery bags around here. All the clerks at the grocery store know her for her bags. I was in there the other day and just used two bags and made mention that I need to buy a third one and the clerk said, "There's a lady that shops here that has 5 or 6 bags". She went on to say that one of her bags looked like mine. I said, "That's my mama"! HaHa!!

    1. Oh, that's hilarious! I purposefully got 6 of these so I wouldn't run out but I've already found that I miss having a few plastic ones around...I line little waste cans with them! haha...so I ended up buying a box of small trash can liners! ha.

    2. I do the same, but since I don't want the words "Food Lion" showing on my little bathroom waste can, I wait until I go to Target and get a couple of their plastic bags. At least it has a bulls eye on it...something to shoot for. Lol!!!!

  12. What a great idea!! That's usually my biggest complaint about them. I get frustrated that they don't hold enough. :)
